Cooking With Grandma Judy

Ingredients

• 1 can Ro-Tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
• 1 lb. block Original Velveeta cheese
• Jalapeno pepper, if desired
• Taco chips

Directions

Combine Ro-Tel and cubed Velveeta in a microwaveable bowl.

Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring after 3 minutes.  Add sliced jalapeno pepper.  Serve with taco chips.

NOTE: Recipe from rotelvelveeta.com.  I also like to make this dip spicier by using Ro-Tel Hot Diced Tomatoes with Habaneros mixed with Velveeta Mexican Cheese.
